This story picks up about a week after Part 3 and Police Chief Megalos is back at the MCPD after his brief... "vacation" with Butch and the Pythons. Megalos has finally had enough of his role as chief and his inability to be on full-time with the gang leader known only as the Boss. He decides to leave the MCPD and intends to leave it in shambles!
In his last act as chief, Megalos sends Officer Ken O'Sullivan out to investigate the Pythons, feeding him a false tip intended to put Ken exactly where the Boss wants him...

It was a very masculine sex story. Now I'd love to see a sequel where the Red Scorpion Gang Boss dominates Muscle City and has a rematch in a masculine muscle power fight with Police Officer Ronnie Blake, annihilating him. Incredible story, please bring a sequel soon. If I may say so, I preferred the old Muscle City police officers' uniforms, where they wore only police pants and proudly flaunted their muscular chests. I also liked when Chief Dalton Megalos had a hairy chest. Men with hairy chests have a primordial masculine beauty. Overall, an excellent story. Bring us more soon.
