I had a lot of fun with this one. It was nice to go back to Tuskar and Kugo, even if my little tale upended their lives (well, Kugo's much more than Tuskar's). Kugo will be fine, though. Bomani can be bull-headed, but he does love his daddy.
He-Man was a fun one to play with. I know that I took liberties and changed him to suit my needs, but I hope that I kept at least enough of his mannerisms to leave him recognizable.
Bomani, as it turns out, actually wasn't meant to be Kugo's son in the very beginning. It was right as I started work on the third panel that I had the idea to make this beefy black stud royalty.
The squiggly words that the shaman says on panel 08 actually read, "Prince Bomani
will defeat He-Man of Eternia." That crafty shaman knew the whole time!
I'm not sure if anyone noticed this or not, but He-Man regained his muscles during his trip to Earth. I didn't want to leave him the only diminished character of the four, so I replaced him with his more-muscular model. I guess I can explain it away by saying Bomani's semen (also infused by the Power of Grayskull) gave him back some of his old strength? Sure, why not.
I hope you guys enjoyed this one! I'm going to be taking some time off to think about what I'll do next. There will be a few bonus panels for Master of Eternia in the coming days, so stay tuned for that.

DeleteGreat work! I loved every minute of that series. Here's a suggestion for your next one, from the pages of Marvel Comics: the Incredible Hulk vs. the Mighty Sub-Mariner. Seeing Prince Namor's muscled majesty suffer at the hands of that green brute would be terrific!

Excellent as Always!....Have you ever thought of doing an actual romance? Instead of dominating each other for power have you thought of just making a story where they loved each other and showed...all it entailed with the proper build up and of course mammoth muscles? That would be amazing to read. Just a suggestion :)

I've thought about introducing some romance into the future stories -- there's a loving kiss between Tuskar and He-Man I actually finished earlier today in one of the bonus panels, for instance.
DeleteBut as for a full-on romance story, I don't think I'd be up for doing one of those. It's a great idea, but something like that I doubt I would render as a long series.
I wouldn't be opposed to doing something as a short story, though.

Just a quick question. I wanted to design characters like you and I read on a earlier comment that you used Michael 4 as your base and then the Freak 4 for Michael for all of your characters. I was looking and there is the base for Michael as it is, then after you get that you can get the morphs for him and then after that you can get the muscle morphs which look really good and detailed...What do you have for him? Do you only have the Michael 4 base and the Freak or do i need the muscles maps and morphs as well? I want them to be huge and muscular but also detailed and really nice when rendered.

I use The Freak 4 with Michael 4 and M4 Muscle Morphs (which seems to require Morphs++).
DeleteMuscle Morphs will give you access to the Olympian shaping property, which I use to make my guys as huge as they are.

DeleteI know what you mean about the wrestling ring. I'd love to be able to have a future battle with two studs in a makeshift ring, but I don't have one available to me. I might end up making one for myself if I can get good enough at it.
